Amplifying voices in education

Overview
The Kitchen Table was created as a space for honest conversations about belonging, identity, and social justice in education. Hosted by Phil, Mohamed, and Danielle, the show blends personal stories, research, and thoughtful dialogue.
We helped shape the show's identity and production to support reflective, meaningful conversations that feel authentic and engaging for listeners.
Brand
The visual identity needed to reflect warmth, openness, and community. We developed artwork designed to capture the welcoming spirit of the show while remaining clear and recognisable.
The audio branding was created to feel calm and conversational, setting the tone for reflective discussions and thoughtful storytelling.
Production
Episodes feature educators, researchers, and leaders sharing personal journeys and perspectives. Our role was to ensure each conversation translated into a clear and engaging listening experience while preserving the natural tone of the discussions.
Growth
To extend the reach of each episode, we created short-form content designed for LinkedIn.
This helped key moments travel beyond the podcast platforms and directly into the education community, sparking wider dialogue.
Outcome
The Kitchen Table peaked at #8 in the Education category on Apple Podcasts while maintaining an exceptional 90% engagement rate.
It has become a trusted platform for ongoing, meaningful conversations within the education sector.
